So we have done it, our first year and what a great year we have had!

As you may know we have had some changes along the way, we started out in premises in Rawdon, and then recently moved into our new home here at Sunny Bank Mills, quite an achievement I think you will agree in such a short period of time.

High School Fashion Sessions £80 (2 day workshop)

So kids, you’ve always fancied becoming the next Stella Mc, learn how to sew, and make your own clothes?!

Now’s your chance…spend two days of your summer hols with us here in our spacious, fabulous sewing studio doing just that.

Over a two day workshop you’ll learn how to use patterns, cut fabric correctly, use a sewing machine and make a beautiful piece of clothing which is all yours to take home!

All fabrics, equipment and sewing machines are provided, you just need to bring a packed lunch and your creative ideas.

For ages 12+


This one day workshop on Sunday 20th August 2017 10am until 4pm is designed to give you all the skills you will need to create this beautiful patchwork cushion.

Roman Blind Workshop Sunday 13th August 10am until 4pm

This one day workshop is designed to give you all the skills you need to create your own Roman Blinds.

The worksop covers:-

How to measure for a blind
How to calculate your fabric requirements
How to construct your blind

A maximum of six people attend this workshop, ensuring an even higher degree of individual attention.

What’s Included:-

Sewing Machine
Instruction Booklet
Fibreglass Rods, Weight bar & Velcro
Fabric, Lining & Thread

Materials will be provided to produce a blind which is then yours to take away with you for reference, to help you make any further blinds.

A light lunch is provided.

This workshop is suitable for those with previous sewing experience as there is an element of machine sewing and hand sewing involved.

Essential Sewing Skills Workshop

Saturday 24th June 2017 10am  – 1.00pm  £40.00

If you have never touched a sewing machine before but have always fancied trying your hand at sewing, then this workshop is designed for you. You will learn basic sewing skills, how to use a sewing machine, a variety of techniques and make an item to take home.

All materials are provided just bring yourself!

Limited places are available due to small class sizes ensuring lots of individual attention.
